Making copies on top of the copyboard glass, okay. But when using the RDF for only a single copy, its stop during scanning (scanner just stop at the middle) and E213 displayed.Any idea?

I believe there is a tech bulletin available on that error. Something to do with putting a mylar sheet behind the white belt to stop static discharge from screws protruding through RDF frame and causing microprocessor error.
I will look it up and get back to you.

tech bull 6050-9
if the movement of the scanner lock sol. is larger than the standard value it will not retract the plunger sufficiantly and the scanner lock in the sliding reading copy mode thereafter causeing an error e213 error code
verify the movement of the scanner lock sol and ensure that it is within the standard value (10.5 +- 0.5) if it is not, perform the adjustment.

1. remove the rear cover 2. remove the multifeeder assy. 3. re-adj the movement of the scanner sol. ( the sol has little slots in it.
the sol may be bad or dirty, take a volt/ohm meter and you can figure out the rest, enable your email and i will email you the pdf. mine in in my profile, just mention something about this thread and i will respond.
